A quick look at the data for the 6 months to 30th June 2015 gives us the answer:

•2 Bedrooms ~ £595 PCM

•3 Bedrooms ~ £750 PCM

•4 Bedrooms ~ £917 PCM

 

•Detached ~ £950 PCM

•Semi-Detached ~ £725 PCM

•Terraced ~ £625 PCM

•Flats ~ £525 PCM

Not much worth discussing from an investment perspective has come to the market this week, perhaps everyone is at the festival.  We featured this property a few weeks ago…
