Deal of the Day – Glastonbury giving 5.5%+ Yield

This property has just returned to the market at £139950 having been previously SOLD.

This coach house is in a quiet cul-de-sac on Willow Place at Dunstan Park and just 1.5 miles from the centre of Glastonbury and looks in immaculate condition. No garden but does have a garage and 3 parking spaces (officially 2 but one parking space is very wide).

Expect to achieve rent of at least £625 pcm and possibly £650 pcm for this property and expect to let it very quickly. Even at the lower rent and the full asking price you will be getting more than 5% yield and at a higher rent and something off the asking price you could approach 6% on this one.

Another similar coach house round the corner in Godney Close is on the market for £10K more though the one in Godney Close does have a small garden though arguably not as much parking space and not presented to the same standard.

My thoughts are that this will go quickly.
